The much anticipated Richmond 2015 Road World Championship gets underway around the city starting tomorrow and lasting through the 27th.
As we head into the latter-half of the weekend and early next week, low pressure will slide up the southeast coast and park itself offshore, parallel to the Carolinas. High pressure to the north will prevent this area of low pressure from going anywhere in a hurry. As a result, much of the Mid-Atlantic region could see scattered showers at times beginning Monday and continuing through the following weekend. It won’t be a washout, but it’s a distinct possibility that a few showers could work there way into our neck of the woods until this low finally heads out next weekend. Temperature-wise, 80s will give way to mid 70s for much of the week.
