My apologies for the late update. Scattered strong storms have been developing and will continue to develop around central and eastern Virginia this evening. Hail and strong winds, along with heavy downpours are likely. As of 7pm the radar is mostly clear in the immediate area around Richmond but there is a good possibility of more storms moving through the Richmond area tonight.

Tomorrow will bring more showers in the morning, and if we can manage another period of sunshine around noon or early afternoon, more storms are possible tomorrow afternoon and evening.
