Based on what I’m seeing on radar this morning, Hermine is moving itself along a bit quicker than I had expected. Most of the rain is now east of 295 and will continue to move away from the Richmond area, and winds will be hard pressed to top 25 mph (not expecting major power outages around here). Clouds and some patchy drizzle may linger into the evening, but clearing skies return tomorrow with slightly warmer but still very comfortable temperatures, in the mid 70s.
