Taking a look at radar, Richmond is presently sandwiched between two area of freezing rain; not much coming down at the moment in the Richmond metro area, but I do think this will fill in about 9am or so and we will get in on the icy precip for a few hours before temps start rising and we switch to rain this afternoon. A winter weather advisory is in effect until 4pm as bridges and overpasses could become slick before the changeover.
