It’s almost hour zero for this event to begin, and I will not likely have any further forecast tweaks to post. Please be safe tomorrow and Saturday; venturing out won’t be worth the danger you’d be putting yourself in. In addition to heavy snowfall rates, we will also likely see gusty winds to 35mph at times, reducing visibility to unsafe levels. This will be a heavy wet snow as well…good for making snow men but also increases poor road conditions.
If you need to make any last-minute trips to the store, make sure you’re back home by noon, as that’s when the snow gets started, and it will stack up quickly on the roads.
