Julia remnants keep rain chances into mid-week

After today’s rain, you can forget my last post about potential drought. For now, at any rate. We’re back at a surplus of about 4” for the year in the Richmond area, and 3.37” for the month.

With the remains of Julia still slowly meandering up the coast, we’ll continue to see periods of cloudiness and a few showers off and on through Wednesday, but probably not the heavy stuff we saw Monday.
